Production

We have two high-technology production units that together offer high throughput capacity:

• Vacuum-aided die-casting
• Large throughput capacity for the finishing of die-castings
• Extensive knowledge of cast materials’ performance
• High degree of mechanisation
• Very considerable flexibility
• Unique system for handling molten aluminium
• Machining and marketing of shaped castings in aluminium

We are continuously expanding our range of machinery, which currently includes die-casting machines with clamping forces of 200–700 tonnes. We can produce items of any size between 0.005 and 9.5 kg and have the capacity for orders totalling approximately 2,000 tonnes.
